Experience: 5+ years in the Electronic Security Industry
Location: HQ in Bangalore with travelling as per project requirements
Specific Domain: Electronic Security Industry (Enterprise IP Surveillance, Access Control, Gating Solutions and Baggage Scanners)
AS SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER, YOU WOULD PRIMARILY BE:
Growing incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. This is a challenging role where you will build and manage all aspects of a sales department, working closely with Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other teams for ensuring a first-class product and service delivery experience. You will need to dive into the domain and investigate the customer journey for better understanding. To this degree, your responsibilities would include:

Developing a winning strategy by prospecting specific industries with high spending potential.
Managing a strong sales pipeline as well as accurate projection of sales performance.
Building and leveraging relationships with clients and key business partners to generate leads and client referrals.
Managing the end-to-end sales process including financial and risk assessment, compliance and legal re-lated issues, and agreement execution.
Developing a pipeline of opportunities through cold calling and other lead generation efforts, and man-age a complex end-to-end sales process to penetrate all segments.
Creation of a transparent and highly visible operational process fully supported by the regional team for all activities that require the collaboration of marketing, sales, and operations.
Leading all business development initiatives, marketing activities, brand awareness and networking with decision makers in the target region.
