Job Description - Lead Management Executive

Its an Outbound calling process.
Doing verification of leads
Marketing of our Paid Services to Existing Clients/New Sales.
Collect customer data via websites, email, phone (in case of important customers) and add it to the portal.
No cold calling, No field job, only office job.
Customer support tasks.
Come up with ideas for new features and enhancements for the portal based on self and customer input.
