Responsibilities and Duties

1. Design and develop conversational Chatbots

2. Training Chatbots

3. Prepare Chatbot storyboards, user/process flows

4. Perform user research and evaluate user feedback.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1.Should have some experience in any of the technologies like IBM Watson, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, RASA, Microsoft Bot Framework, Botkit, etc

2.Should be a graduate in computer science (BCA, BSc, MSc, MCA, MTech, BTech IT/CS)

3.Should have good programming and analytical skills

4. Should have good communication skills

5. Should be interested to work in a startup environment

6. Should be a quick learner

7.Should be able to join immediately

8.Experience in related fields will be a great plus

9. Experience in NodeJs will be a plus.
