Executing transactions with a high level of accuracy independently
Work remotely coordinating with overseas teams and flexibility to work in the US time zone.
Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and Google sheets
Highly organized, prompt, and ability to meet the deadlines
Record, monitor, and report day to day sales, receipts, expense and payment transactions
Excellent command over AP, AR, Cash & Bank, GL functions
Prior experience in finalization of accounts - Trial balance, PL, BS, CF
Perform GL/Bank reconciliations and adjustment journal vouchers
Good understanding of software-based accounting practices
Basic understanding of IT environment, third party system integrations and nature of transactions
Provide adequate information as and when required by the reporting managers
Maintain at most confidentiality in the data handled.
Proficiency in US English communication - Commonly used words, phrases, meaning, American accent
Must have experience working in US Accounting Standards.
