Call & whatsapp HR Sachin Sir -(89-23-53-77-43)

Setup and configure hardware across stores.

Troubleshoot technological issues.

Upgrade software across the network.

Assist staff with utilisation of software.

Assist in testing the new website and any other IT projects as required.

Create and administer user accounts.

Roll out new devices to stores including scanners, digital displays, PCs etc.

Roll out and upgrade infrastructure.

Maintain corporate address book in terms of MS office licensing.

Assist with in-store digital displays.

Maintain and update the local network.

Maintain software licence register

Ensure daily backups and general IT housekeeping.

Skills and Experience:
Qualifications in Information Technology.

Previous experience in the similar position.

Demonstrated administrative, organisational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and analytical skills.

Demonstrated problem solving and prioritisation skills.

Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills particularly in the explanation of technical concepts to other stakeholders.
