"The General Manager will take full operational, financial, and strategic control of our construction
and development portfolio, steering projects from early-stage feasibility through to final
engineering handover. In this role, you will maximize profitability by managing multi-million
dirham budgets and cash flows, while leading multi-disciplinary project teams and site
engineers to ensure strict timeline compliance. You will also serve as our primary executive
liaison, maintaining strong relationships with real estate developers, municipal authorities
, consultants, and subcontractors, while ensuring all operations strictly adhere to contract
