Job Description
Guest Services: Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, assign rooms, provide hotel/local info, handle requests, resolve complaints.
Reservations: Manage online and phone bookings, process cancellations, assign rooms, and upsell services.
Administrative Duties: Process payments, balance cash drawers, update guest records, sort mail, copy/scan documents, and maintain front desk supplies.
Department Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and coordinate guest needs with other departments.
Lobby Management: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
