Job Responsibilities:
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Attending calls and enquiries.
• To co-ordinate with all the internal as well as external student enquiries.
• Responsible for providing information about the services of the organization.
• Provides and ensures high-quality customer service.
• Coordinating meetings and training's as per requirement.
Skills Required:
• Any Graduate with Front office experience.
• Minimum 1 Years Experience
• Female candidate preferred.
• Good communicating skills in English & Malayalam.
• Basic computer skills.
