For the post of logistic Ground coordinator.
A reputed logistic company in Howrah, West Bengal, is looking some general LOGISTIC labours.
Post : Ground coordinator.
Location: Uleberia Howrah
Duty Timing: 9 Hours shifting duty 9am to 6pm and 9pm to 6am
Pick up Drop From Nearest Bus stop Railway Station e.i Bally halt-santra gachi- amta

Details are given below :-
SL NO CRITERIA DETAILS
1 Age should be between 19 to 27 years.
2 Minimum qualification will 10+2 pass.
3 Must be able to read & understand English fluently.
4 Can perform basic arithmetic problems up to 10th level.
5 Must be able to write formal official letters in English(Like : Leave Applications).
6 Physically fit to perform challenging task's.
7 Required good eyesight, must not be colour blind.
8 Ready to perform Night shift.
9 Must be able to walk or stand throughout the shifts.
10 Make sure that, they don't have any exam or important occasion's for next 03(three) months.
Some additional criteria :-
1)They should reside within 40 kms from project area.(Can change in near future)
2)Must to perform duties on National holidays.
3)Must be disciplined.
4)Must agree with short term tenure employment.

Gross Salary Statutory benefits
Basic + DA Rs. 9,406 PF Employer Rs. 1,223
HRA Rs. 470 ESIC Employer Rs. 321
Total Gross Salary (A) Rs. 9,876 Total Statutory Contribution (B) Rs. 1,544
Total Deduction ( C ) Rs. 1,204
Net Salary D = (A - C) Rs. 8,672 Cost to Company (A + B) Rs. 11,420
Some other Benefits :-
1)Night allowance Rs. 115.00/per night
2)Epf,Esi,Bonus as per State govt.notification.
3)02(Two)consecutive day as week off’s to be given.
4)Duty hours will be 09(nine) hrs including lunch/dinner break of 01(One)hour.
5)Leave details:-14 earned leaves,14 sick leaves,10 casual leaves per annum. Please note-Leave eligibility will change in proportion to the tenure of the contract.
