Job Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through site visits, networking, and referrals.
• Pitch and promote construction materials, interior solutions, and building products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, on-field meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote products to target customers.
• Coordinate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and suggestions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues to enhance client experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize revenue.
