"• 3–5 years experience as Executive Secretary
• UAE experience mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Experience in Cosmetics/FMCG/Manufacturing is an advantage"
"• Provide administrative support to senior management
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
• Maintain records and confidential files
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
