Lead Data Management practice as an expert, to grow the capability at Experion locally
Should have strong experience, delivering many projects across multiple technologies in Data Warehousing and ETL.
Experience in using, or migrating to cloud databases
Proficient in relational database design and development
Proficiency and hands-on experience with Big Data technologies
Experience in Master Data & Data Governance would be an added advantage.




Duties & Responsibilities:



Work with Pre-Sales team in finding opportunities and assisting with solutioning
Liaise with all DU’s on project delivery and support.
Mentor and grow Data Management Team
Continue to grow Data Management into specialized areas of Data Governance, MDM, DQ & Information Security




Technical skills:

Experience in two or more cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
Expertise in Distributed Data (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka etc.)
Expertise in Legacy Enterprise Tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS)
Experience in Programming Skills (Python/Java/R/Scala etc.)
Experienced in 3 or more packages, implementing across multiple customers(Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server/IBM DB2/ Postgres/ MySQL/ AWS Redshift/ MongoDB/ CouchDB)
Data Visualization (Microsoft Power BI/Tableau/Qlik)
Experience in any of the Data Visualization Tools (Microsoft Power BI/


Soft Skills:

Excellent English language communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to build strong working relationships.
Ability to facilitate change management with teams.
Experience in the full project delivery life cycles
Good team player
