Job Description
Duties: Respond promptly to customer queries across phone, email, and chat. Resolve complaints with empathy and a problem-solving approach. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly and effectively. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
