Job Description

Provide high-stakes customer service in large organizations and managing teams of customer care representatives. Should have good communication skills in English language. Should able to speak English well. Male candidates age below 30 and female candidates of any age can apply. Customer complaint handling. Working days will be monday to saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound calls
- Respond promptly to customer
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions
- Maintain good customer relations

Skills and Requirements:-
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support
- Fluent in English and Malayalam
- Preference to candidates fluent in Hindi as well
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
