Urgent Requirement for Consultant for Info Park
2+ years’ experience in any of the Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
Exposure to any HR systems– HCM solutions such as SAP HCM, Fusion, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ramco etc.
End to end understanding of HR processes (hire to retire) – design, optimisation and implementation
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
Ability to define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard HRl Solution
Ability to translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design in compliance with the Best Practices
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/ Business Blueprint
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases/Test Plans/Test scripts
