Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in interior design, construction project management, and site supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence in project execution.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
