Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive with excellent communication skills to manage dealer relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate will be multilingual, confident in customer interaction, and skilled in building strong long-term relationships. This is an office-based role focused on appointment coordination, relationship management, and ensuring dealer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to dealers to schedule appointments and follow-ups
Maintain professional and friendly communication with all clients
Develop and nurture strong relationships with dealers and customers
Ensure all appointments are logged and updated in the CRM system or database
Provide product or service information when required during calls
Handle client inquiries or minor concerns with a customer-first approach
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) for smooth coordination
Follow up with clients to confirm meetings and ensure satisfaction
Required Skills:
Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (spoken and written)
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn
Organized, with attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
Qualifications:
Minimum: Diploma / Bachelors degree in any discipline
Experience in customer service, Tele calling, or client relations preferred
Freshers with strong language skills and confidence may also apply
