Job Description

1.Should possess a good exposure on Income Tax Law and Audits.
2.Must be able to identify issues in documentation and provide solutions.
3.Should review the internal controls and its efficiency on the client business
4.Review of the management reports and providing recommendation for its improvements.
5.Constant update on the applicable laws and its timely dissemination to clients.
6.Should have a practical exposure on Transfer Pricing documentation and its reporting.
7.Proven analytical abilities derived from combination of work experience and education.
8.Additional post qualification company secretary/DISA/certification in International taxation with excellent reporting and communication skills
