Business Development Executive / Manager – South India Projects
Location: Kerala (Extensive Travel Across South India)

Luxfloors, a fast-growing premium SPC flooring brand, is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive / Manager to lead sales and market development activities across South India.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth through projects, architects, designers, developers, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for Luxfloors across South India.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, contractors, and project management consultants.
Identify and track upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and corporate projects.
Conduct product presentations, specification meetings, and client consultations.
Generate enquiries, develop project pipelines, and convert opportunities into business.
Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and project stakeholders.
Represent Luxfloors at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and client meetings.
Provide market intelligence, competitor updates, and growth opportunities to management.
Work independently to achieve business growth objectives and strengthen the Luxfloors brand presence.
Desired Profile
Graduate or Diploma holder with strong business development aptitude.
Experience in building materials, flooring, interiors, construction products, architectural products, or related industries preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel extensively across South India.
Ability to work independently and manage project opportunities from lead generation to closure.
