Job Description

Responsibilities

• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of operations

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven work experience as Coordinator - Operations or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management in Retail sector
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding Organizational skills
• Only MCOM/MBA candidates with minimum 5 years relevant experience can apply
