Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Building business across India both in private and Govt. sectors
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the growth goals
Mentor and direct the sales team to achieve stretch goals
Assist in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting forecasting, planning and governance.
Evangelize the offerings and personally help close deals • Work collaboratively across teams - including Delivery, Solutioning, CoEs
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Provide direction for competency building & IP building in the organization
As part of Executive Leadership Team, lead and implement strategic change initiatives
18+ years of sales experience with minimum 5 years of leading sales of IT/Digital services
Consultative solutioning and sales experience
Proven track record of opening and growing markets / large clients
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and people management skills Sales experience with govt. sector in India will be an added advantage.
