Roles & Responsibilities

Provide production support for Microsoft Azure applications
Should be able to analyze, troubleshoot and solve production environment issues
Interact with technical users and other infrastructure & governance teams
Work with a high performing agile team using the latest tools for rapid development, continuous integration, and deployment
Work directly with stakeholders to support various projects and solutions
Preferred skills

Candidate Profile and Skills required

Bachelors or Masters in engineering, preferably related to Computer science
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the operation and production servers support of enterprise applications
Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes
Strong foundational knowledge of Azure environment
Experience in using Azure DevOps for release and deployment of code/apps
Ready to work on shifts in a 24 x 7 production support
Basic understanding on Web technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS) with full-stack development experience
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Experience working with source control like GIT and build tools like maven, gradle etc
Good communication, client interfacing skills, and decision-making capability
Experience in e-commerce/retail domain
