Job Description

Job Purpose : Creates drawings and layouts using computer-aided design and drafting
software.
Key Responsibilities :
? Preparing fully coordinated and accurate/full sets of technical drawings for production
and submission to malls/duty free for approvals.
? Create accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions and site visits.
? Preparing shop drawings including plans, sections and elevation.
? Preparing power distribution and lighting layout.
? Revised drawings and layouts as required accommodating changes and enhancements.
? Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications with high
attention to details.
? Ensure drawings adhere to established specifications and standards.
? Calculate dimensions and allowances with accurate precision.
? Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings (as and when required.)
? Ensure along with the production coordinator that the completed product is as per the
technical drawings. Any discrepancies noted in the material specs & dimensions should
be notified to the management immediately
? Ensure proper coordination with the production department.
? Prepare and submit reports as instructed by the departmental supervisor/management.
? Work in shifts and group companies as per management’s requirement.
? Ensure cooperation within the team.
? Co-operate at all times with all departments of the company within the limitation of the
scope of work.
? Carry out any other assigned task as directed by Direct Manager/Operations
Manager/Management.
? Adherence to company’s standards, policies and rules & regulations.
Min Qualification/ Skill Sets :
? Diploma/Degree in any discipline
? Minimum 2 yrs. of experience in AUTOCAD drafting preferably in an advertising
industry/production house
? Excellent command over AutoCad (2D & 3D)
? Innovative and creative mindset.
? Effective communication/interpersonal skills
Terms :
? Employment Contract - 2 years
? Working hours - 10 hours (1 hour lunch break), Friday holiday
? Accommodation, transportation and Medical insurance - Will be provided by the client
? Food - Will be managed by candidates
? Leave benefits - 21 days leave per year as per SAUDI law (Leave salary will be paid
upon return of annual leave)
? Iqama - Provided by sponsor
? Joining Ticket - One way joining ticket up to SAR 800
CFC = 500 + Medical + Visa stamping cost extra
