Job Description
We are a leading FMCG food manufacturer specializing in products like Peanut Chikki, Roasted Peanuts, Roasted Cashews, Banana Chips, and other snack items, is looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive to expand its distribution network in allover Kerala. This role is ideal for a result-driven professional with an existing distributor network and a strong background in FMCG food sales and distribution.
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, on boarding, and managing distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across Appointed Location. The candidate must be able to achieve a sales target of ?15 lakh per month and distributor appointing with this target amount purchase min 10 persons by implementing effective sales strategies, building strong business relationships, and driving product penetration in the market. This is a remote role, but the candidate will be required to travel across Appointed District to meet with distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a strong distribution network by onboarding and handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across Appointed District .
• Distributors appointing 10 no's minimum with each person 1.5L purchase and Achieve a monthly sales target of ?15 lakh through effective planning and execution.
• Leverage an existing network of distributors to drive immediate sales growth and ensure maximum product reach.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and consumer preferences.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, schemes, and trade offers.
• Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and market feedback to the senior management.
• Travel as needed across Appointed District in Kerala to maintain strong business relationships and expand the distribution network.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Address distributor concerns and resolve any challenges related to pricing, supply chain, or market competition.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG food sales and distribution.
• Strong network of existing distributors and wholesalers in Mumbai.
• Proven ability to achieve high sales targets and expand market share.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
• Ability to travel extensively within Appointed Location.
• Driving License required with own vehicle
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive sales growth.
• As per company required sales per month of sales target
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: ?20,000 to ?25,000 per month.
• Transportation: Reimbursed on an actual basis.
• Stay: Business-related accommodation will be reimbursed.
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses may be offered based on sales achievements.
