Job Description:We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our construction company's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills, including basic knowledge of digital marketing, effective office management, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:Assist in the day-to-day management of the office.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a tidy workspace.Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.Act as the point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.

Digital Marketing Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to help implement digital marketing strategies.
Assist in managing the company's online presence and social media accounts.Draft and proofread marketing content, such as emails, posts, and newsletters.

Data Management:Create and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to organize data and information.
Compile and maintain databases of clients, projects, and contacts.Generate reports as needed to assist in decision-making.

Communication:Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.Assist in drafting and editing company correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
