Job Description

Key Skills:
1. knowledge of Financial accounting & Cost accounting (Tally ERP 9 knowledge can be an advantage)
2. Knowledge of MS office Tools especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
3. Good Communication skills in both English & Malayalam (Verbal & Written)
4. Should be proactive and must exhibit Multitasking skills and problem solving abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Supporting in maintenance of Books of accounts
2. Assisting in complying with all the government & statutory requirements.
2. Assisting in managing cash and bank transactions
3. Assisting in preparation of Monthly statements
4. Assisting is preparing monthly and yearly budgets to help the management in cost control and reduction.
5. Assisting in tasks related to tracking and maintaining payment received from clients.
6. Assisting verification of Tutor and Employee salaries.
7. Keeping the vouchers up to date and maintain all the payment invoices.
8. Preparation of Documents for Softex monthly filing and related documentation
9. Visiting various government offices periodically
10. Maintaining/Handling purchases of Office equipment’s and accessories.
11. Maintaining FIRC's for foreign transactions
