Rohtas & Hans, was established in 1984 and is in the fourth decade of its operations. The Firm Currently has four partners and is primarily engaged in providing Management Consultancy and Business Advisory Services relating to Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, International Cross Border Taxation, Company Law, etc. besides Traditional Accounting, Audit & Assurance Services, Tax Advisory & Compliance Services to domestic and international clients.
The Firm also provides expert assistance to Not-for-Profit organizations - both domestic and international clients. The firm has a long history of being empanelled with Comptroller & Auditor General of India as well as Reserve Bank of India. The firm has served clientele ranging from Listed Companies, Privately Held Business groups, prominent PSU’s as well as Nationalised Banks.
