Job Description

Urgent requirement for Counselor (Travel & Aviation (IATA) & Construction skill development engineering courses) in Palakkad .

Female candidate with 1-3 years of experience. Exceptionally good candidate with 1 year experience can be considered too.
Education: any degree + Counseling certification (Preferred, but not mandatory)
Experience: Preferably in Education/Training/Hospitality sector
Job description:
• Attend the incoming enquiries/walk ins and counsel about the related course
• Support Marketing team regarding outgoing calls.
• Act as single point of contact during lead generation programs
• All other support function regarding course starting, running and closure.
• Prepare reports and maintain record all activities pertaining to counseling of the candidates.
