Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects; Develop full scale project plans
2. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
3. Ensure successful on-time deliveries of projects (Complying to QMS)
4. Manage Project budget and resource allocation
5. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
6. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
7. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
8. Project evaluations and assessment of results post delivery.
9. Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
PREFERRD QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
1. (Min) Bachelors Degree in Engineering/MBA/ PM Certification
2. Several years of similar work experience typically required
3. Ability to work in a very fast pace dynamic environment with daily adjustments to priorities and time to meet the needs of the organization
4. Very good general computer skills
5. High degree of attention to detail
6. Strong debug and troubleshooting skills
Effective oral communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely
Self motivated, quick learner, results-oriented and a clear focus on quality and time
