Urgent requirement for Customer Support Voice in Info Park .
1. Should have more than 1 + years of experience in Voice process
2. Banking domain should be an added advantage (Voice)
3. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
4. Should have a great customer handling skills
5. Should work well in a small team and be proactive
6. Should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
7. Knowledge of basic computer operations
8. Courteous with strong customer service orientation
9. Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
10. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
11. Coordinate effectively with other teams of the project which include non-voice process, operations, technical teams and work efficiently.
