Urgent requirement for Technical HR Recruiter in Info Park .
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle.
Review JD to understand the needs as well to ask questions thatll help you identify the right candidate(s).
Strong understanding and ability to recruit professionals in IT across levels.
Source, screen, interview candidates and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
Experience in using various sourcing channels such as Job boards, LinkedIn, cold calls, Technology forums etc
Develop and execute plans to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry
Seamless candidate management through the entire interview process
Locate, establish, and qualify passive candidates outside the Internet Job Boards.
Screen for basic competence of candidates against a technical job description
Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications
Following up with candidates and keep them warm & interested.
Complete reference checks.
Maintain relationships with all candidates for future openings
Maintain the hiring status and candidate pipeline track
Perform to established metrics used to measure Talent Acquisition
Generate Recruitment Dashboard periodically & Maintain MIS on Talent Acquisition activities
Brand building & & maintaining a high level of candidate interaction through social media
