Urgent Requirement for Telecaller in Ernakulam.

Job Description:
This is a telecalling process for a luxury resort chain/holiday package.
The customers to talk to would be premium customers.
The telecaller would be provided with a database of prospective customers
who he/she has to call and educate about the product.
The telecaller has to arrange appointments between the prospective
customers and the sales team of our client. Appointments could in the form
of house visit, office visit, invitation to events conducted by sales team
etc.
The telecaller may need to follow up multiple times till he/she ensures the
meeting of the prospective customer with the sales team of the client.

Qualifications

• XII Std/Plus Two (Higher Secondary)
• Any Degree
