Job Description

Urgent Requirement for BIM MODELLER in Ernakulam.

1. Study project design material (Drawings,
Models, Specs, Calculations, RFI’s …) and
address all design issues (missing info,
discrepancies, …) to BIM Team Lead for
advice.
2. Create, maintain, track and amend BIM
models of the specified discipline.
3. Carry out interference checks with other
disciplines, resolve the clashes if possible
and report any unresolvable clashes to the
BIM Team Lead.
4. Update models based on coordination
results.
5. Update models based on comments
received from BIM Team Lead, Onsite
Teams or the Consultant.
6. Update models for production of
construction shop drawings (GA/CSD
level) and extraction of shop drawings
directly from Revit.
7. Assist in verifying MEP models meeting
standard requirements (e.g. BEP,
Employer’s requirements, QA Checklist).
8. Collaborate and Coordinate with other
disciplines design-changes and model
challenges.
9. Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM
project workflow criteria.
