Job Description
Urgent Requirement for HR Manager for Info Park .
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Excellent communication and people skills
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks in performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Managing HR Operation related Back-end activities like Offer, Joining and on-boarding, Employee database, Attendance, Exit, FNF, Payroll, Documentation, background verification etc
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation ,appraisal ,Salary etc. and resolve issues and problem
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Vendor Management, Staff Management & Office Administration.
Prepare the monthly financial reports including P&L, Cash flow and Balance Sheet.
Good Communication Skills.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office;
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
BSc/BA in Business administration or MBA HR relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus Aptitude in problem-solving
