Job Description
Urgent Requirement for Manager – HR & India Operations for Info Park .
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and work along with the HR team to implement and scaleup HR policies and procedures, as well as legal / regulatory ones
Lead and be accountable for the delivery of key HR initiatives, like: remuneration plans, benefit programs, performance evaluation and career / talent development plans
Stay current on all HR issues and regulations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws
Manage the Talent Acquisition, getting actively involved in recruitment & its process, including liaison with 3rd party platforms and agencies
Assist Ignitho’s Leadership Team on employee related matters
Managing overall operations of the India Development Centre in Kochi, including management of all administrative tasks internally within Ignitho India as well as with external vendors and public/private bodies
Required Skills:
Relevant experience of 3 – 6 years in a similar role, handling both HR and Operations in an IT company
Ability to contribute both at an individual level and at a team level
Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, administration and negotiation skills
Ability to scale up without a lot of direction, be a self-starter
Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR and Operations
