Job Description
To plan, schedule, organize and deliver training sessions in process knowledge & soft skills in line with business requirements.
• To develop training content and training delivery methodologies in consultation with clients.
• To develop a competent training team in knowledge and training skills to meet multiple training requirements within the organization.
• To develop and maintain cordial internal and external client relationships for smooth operations.
• To ensure a continuous environment of learning is developed within the organization through various classroom and off-classroom initiatives.
• To maintain and report training related activities to clients and to the organization through a structured MIS system.
Required Skills:
• Good Communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Good Planning, Coordination & Interpersonal Skills
• Good Team Management Skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Educational Qualification - Graduates in any stream
