• Managing and Motivating the Team of Employees to extract the results and also responsible for the outcome.

• Handling all bank related documentation, Queries related to loan with the Customers.

• Working with Marketing Manager for managing back end work for pre sales and post sales.

• Managing customers entries in to the system as per agreed timelines on a regular basis

• Interfacing with customers for all post sales activities and managing receivables and customer service.

• Fulfilling customer requirements – Receipts, Account status, Bank documentation like permission to mortgage, third party agreement and NOCs.

• Coordinating with banks, HFC for customer documentation, project approvals and loan approvals

• Analyzing the Latest developments and competitors details through web news and Magazines

• Easily establish rapport with Managers and Co-workers.

• Detail-oriented, multi-task with strong organizational skills.

• Manage to complete given assignments in time to the satisfaction of clients and Superiors.

• Providing status reports to management

• High tolerance to tackle any type of customers

• Co – Coordinating with Legal department for preparing customer agreements
