Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
o Identify companies in USA which have job opening and need for a recruitment outsourcing company.
o Talk to the appropriate HR person and get the contract signed.
• Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.) and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job description and specifications.
• Conducting initial telephonic interviews to determine experience and skill level and ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
• Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.
• Arranging client interviews and releasing the offer.
• Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintaining monthly contact with consultant.
• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
• Handling recruitment, pre & post joining formalities, maintaining employee records (soft copy), taking care of employee grievances, initial induction of the newly joined employees, assist in required amendments in policies and procedures of the organization.
Skills Required
Preferred BBA, MBA or any Degree.
Proven oral and written communication abilities in English, with positive and energetic phone skills and exquisite listening skills.
Minimum 1 year of US phone sales experience is a must.
Domain knowledge on Construction Industry, Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
