Job Description

• Candidate with experience in Airline accounting will be given preference.
• Should be a team player capable of meeting monthly closing deadlines.
• Job activities will include managing vendor payments, and related month closing activities, managing invoicing, liaising with agents / customers for various revenue activities, monitoring debtors ageing and timely follow up with recovery of dues.
• Candidate should have fair knowledge of accounting software and posting of journal entries.
• Candidate should be familiar with bank reconciliation and will be responsible to coordinate with Bank representatives regarding deposit of agent cheques.
• Responding to H.O queries for abovementioned activities.
• Candidate is expected to have fair knowledge of Taxation (TDS and GST)
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft office applications specifically Excel.
• Experience of team management would be preferred.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English & regional language and is capable of handling financial correspondence.
Education qualification requirement: Commerce graduate / C.A.
