Job Description

We have an opportunity for our BPO client for Hyderabad and Chennai location.

Good communication in English

Regional language in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam & Hindi is added advantage.

Day Shift.

Sal 10k to 14k take home.

Responsible for Inbound/outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

Answer Inbound Customer Service Call as well as Key Customers who have specific queries.

Answer queries and resolve problems and give clarity on desired information.

Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

To coordinate with internal team to find the status and get it resolved before replying to customers.

To record complaints in the Customer Service application
