Job Description
• Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
• Reconciliation of Bank statement.
• Handling Banking related transactions, online payments (NEFT, RTGS).
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
• Making Necessary Payment after statutory deduction.
• Should have Payroll processing knowledge.
• Service Tax & TDS returns in compliance with respective statutory act.
• Keep liaison with Bank & other Financial Function.
• Undertake any other duties as directed by the Head.
