Job Description
Urgent Requirement for Account Manager for Info Park .
Total Experience - 3 to 5 years
Experience in account management including closing deals, growing revenue with clients and work closely with project teams in achieveing project & support milestones
Background in direct onsite customer engagement in presales and post-sales in a B2B tech-company environment
Experience in IT services industry preferred; having played a BA role in IT services is an added advanatage
Able to manage multiple Clients
Experience in facilitating meetings (virtually) for both external customers and internal colleagues
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrates passion for delivering a positive customer experience, closing deals and growing revenue in assigned accounts
Demonstrates maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, leadership skills essential for account management
Able to work independently and as an integral part of a cross-functional team
Able to thrive in a startup environment - moving quickly, adapting well to change, thinking strategically and tactically executing a plan
