Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior on duty
• Ensuring that a high quality cleaning service
• Ordering of cleaning materials and use it where it is applicable.
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities
• Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Coordinate and Schedule each work under the guidance of management
• Ensure all works are properly done, after completing each assignment.
• Check stock and take list of materials available time to time.
The successful candidate for this role will have:
• Previous experience in a cleaning environment
• Previous experience of managing a team
• The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
• Health and Safety experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Four wheeler driving license will be an advantage
