Urgent Requirement for Logistic Coordinators for Qatar .
1. Manage the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders
2. Prepare accurate bills of lading
3. Satisfy air bills in a timely manner
4. Communicate with van lines and airlines to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
5. Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
6. Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility
7. Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again
8. Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
9. Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
