• Should have experience in Business Development activities
• Should have exposure in training and development
• Must have exposure in handling a team and ensure revenue
• Experience in handling Grievance and should be a good solution provider
• Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided
• Should co-ordinate the team in the development activities of organization.
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations and ensure the In-House Business Development
