Job Description
Urgent Requirement for Assistant Manager for Techno Park
The primary responsibility is to interface with customers for daily operational and project needs
Delivers contracted services by attending customer meetings, status communications, periodic reporting, complete project management, etc.
Through ticket assignments, task listing, prioritization, and workload balancing ensures technical resources have clarity of what they need to execute day to day.
Proactive management of applications performance and scale.
Manage escalations and prioritize ongoing issues in the service.
Oversee automation efforts to manage and better the service.
Lead efforts for active collaboration with engineering & product organizations as well as other Operations regions.
Defining and reporting on KPIs and SLAs around stability, performance, automation, and service requests.
Working with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize features in the software release cycle, while also giving them the highest possible exposure to the production usage and issues.
Participate in Capacity Planning and ensure scalability of the Cloud environment.
Prioritizing and overseeing initiatives / projects to improve key metrics in IT operations.
Good communication skills – both written and spoken
Good interpersonal skills to be displayed
Open for feedback and work on the same
Good rapport building skills
Proactive and client centric
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT
A deep understanding of clients’ need
Great research, Organizing and learning skill
