Job Description
• Set tables with clean linen or place mats, cutlety, crockery and glasses.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
• Welcome and seat customers and hand menus to them.
• Make up bills and present them to customers as required.
• Handle money or credit cards as needed.
• Clear tables and return dishes and cutlery to kitchens.
• Serve food and/or beverages to customers, prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables.
• Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment and napkin containers.
• Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for customers.
