Job Description : HR - Recruiter ( Female Candidates Only )
The job responsibilities include
- Analysing the Local Job Market, sourcing job seekers by posting Job Ads in Job sites and in social media.
- Scheduling Interviews appointments
- Conducting interviews and presenting company profile presentation
- Selecting candidates,conduction induction and training on specific skills.
- Co-ordinating between trainees, training team and management.
The selected candidates will go through 10 - 15 days of E4 training program & on the job HR recruiting job; post that they will be placed internally as "Training Associate" in our organisation taking up different roles of HR - Recruiter, Trainer, Training lead . We offer a fixed pay - CTC of Rs 2.4 Lakhs annum.
Location: Coimbatore
Working time :10.30am to 5.30pm
