Job Responsibilities:
ï‚· To meet the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
ï‚· To develop the business.
ï‚· To recruit and hire and provide training to Junior Sales team based on criteria agreed upon by
senior management
ï‚· To devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
ï‚· To decide the future course of action for his team members.
ï‚· To map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
ï‚· Responsible for brand promotion.
ï‚· To motivate team members.
ï‚· To ensure about team is delivering desired results on time.
ï‚· To maintain and improve the relationships with the client to ensure high levels of
client satisfaction.
ï‚· To maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
ï‚· To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding.
ï‚· To controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
ï‚· To adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and
ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
