Job Description

Mechanical Engineer (HVAC PLANT),

Daily monitoring and logging the report on machinery performances
parameters in the air- conditioned areas as per Log Sheets and Formats prescribed.
Attending to day to day operation of the chiller plant, and also attending to complaint calls received from the respective locations assigned and tracked for closures of all Calls. Ensure all calls are closed as per SLAs.
To maintain temperature conditions during operating hours in office areas as defined.
To perform / execute PM as per planned schedules.
Operation and Maintenance of AC Chiller Panels and AHU Control Panels.
Maintenance of chilled water and condenser pumps
To ensure smooth operation of all
